The rise of social media has led to individuals increasing their outreach to their global audience. Many popular influencers are found on popular platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. However, not all celebrities are social media influencers and vice versa is true. This article elaborates on who exactly are social media influencers. According to webster's dictionary, an influencer is a person who can affect the purchasing decisions of others due to their status in society in terms of the type of relationship they have with the audience, authority, and position. This raises a question, who is exactly a social media influencer, and how do they impact their followers., does the number of followers automatically make one an influencer? To influence, one must be able to self-brand themselves to explore their full potential.

Team organizational structure increases productivity by eliminating the challenge of decision-making and communication due to its effective lateral relations. It encourages collaboration by creating an environment where team members can communicate effectively, share ideas and knowledge, and work together to achieve common goals. In addition, it also boosts the member’s morale as they feel more involved and have a greater sense of identification. Since they share knowledge and expertise on specific problems, quality decisions can be made fast. An effective team organizational structure is essential to a company's ability to remain competitive in a changing economy. By creating specialized teams with clear goals, companies are able to capitalize on the strengths of each team member and quickly respond to business opportunities.

Change is an inevitable part of life, especially in an organization. Organizations must constantly adapt to change to stay competitive and efficient or risk being left behind in a constantly changing business environment (Sindhuja,2017). As someone who has been working in the same job for several years, I recently experienced a major organizational change in my job. The source of this change was the announcement of a new company-wide initiative called “Project Fusion.” This project was an organizational structure change by the management intended to bring together employees from different departments and create a more collaborative and efficient working environment. As someone who had always been part of a single department, this was a major shift for me. At first, I was a bit hesitant about this change.

The zombies delete human personalities after infecting them with the deadly plague (Brooks 50). By deleting human personalities, zombies are capable of multiplying, which is a way of creating a new race with new cultural and societal connections. From a personal view, zombies disrupt the social nature of humans by biting loved individuals and transforming into zombies. This reduces inter-personal connectedness and instils fear in humans.

The film “Public Enemy and The Godfather” portrays criminal activities developed from societal and cultural interactions between people. Tom is a criminal and the leader of a gangster group that kills and oppresses people in the community. Tom is violent and is easily frustrated by small disagreements between him and other siblings like Mike, who served as a marine in World War I (Cummings 51). Tom has fewer connections with his family members due to his violence and frustrations, limiting his ability to create lasting relationships. Besides, Tom is brought up in the era of World War I, which impacts his interaction with other people.
